This exclusive warranty is only applicable to the original owner and cannot be transferred. Don't forget to retain your original invoice or work order number as proof of purchase when requesting repairs under warranty. Our warranty covers any cracking or peeling of the paint, however, it does not extend to the natural occurrence of rust or corrosion. Additionally, it does not apply to frame failure, broken welds, rust on steel bolts, screws, or steel frames that may naturally develop over time, or the minor chipping or nicks that may arise from normal use. Please note that damages resulting from unreasonable use, unusual circumstances, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs are not covered. After 12 months from the date of your invoice, Patio Guys will not be responsible for shipping, pick-up, or delivery costs associated with warranty work.

We believe in full transparency and want to emphasize that we cannot be held accountable for any chipping or nicks that may occur due to normal use, unreasonable use, or unauthorized repairs. It is worth mentioning that our warranty does not cover the expected color fading of paint over time or accidental damage caused by fire or wind. Additionally, please be aware that after 12 months from the date of invoice, Patio Guys will not be responsible for the shipping, pick-up, or delivery of warranty work.
