YOUR WARRANTY COVERS

PAINT: If the painted finish on any furniture refinished by Patio Guys fails within 5 years of the date of invoice, upon inspection, Patio Guys will refinish the frame without charge to you. (Note: Please see exception for steel frames below.)

VINYL STRAPS: Vinyl straps are guaranteed against breakage during normal use for 5 years.

YOUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Steel frames, which may rust, Commercial or institutional use, Frame failure or broken welds, Rust on steel bolts, screws or steel frames, Chipping or nicks which may occur with normal use, Unreasonable use or unauthorized repairs made or attempted, Normal color fading of paint or strap, Accidental damage (fire or wind), Discoloration of vinyl strapping, Fading or mildew of vinyl strapping. Patio Guys shall not be liable for shipping, pick-up or delivery of warranty work after 12 months from date of invoice. SLING: One year on installation only.

This warranty applies only to the original owner, and is not transferable. Please retain your original invoice/work order number as proof of purchase when requesting repairs under warranty.
