  • Question:

    Is my furniture worth re-doing?

    Answer:

If it is Brown Jordan, Tropitone, Mallin or Woodard, yes! If you're not sure of the manufacturer, we recommend refinishing furniture that has passed the "test of time" (i.e. lasted five years or more).

  • Question:

What will I saved by refinishing instead of buying new furniture?

    Answer:

Refinishing will save you anywhere from 30% -70% of replacement cost.

  • Question:

Why did my vinyl strap get brown spots?

    Answer:

Dirt, dust, suntan oils, tree sap, pool chemicals, and insecticidal sprays, reacting with the sun over a period of time can cause spotting. Frequent cleaning is your best solution. Patio Guys uses only virgin vinyl strapping with ultraviolet and mildew inhibitors that resist fading.

  • Question:

Does Patio Guys use powder coat paint?

    Answer:

Yes. Powder coat paint is the same type of paint used by most manufacturers. Oven cured at 400° F, powder coat paint is three times thicker than liquid paint and resists chipping, fading, and oxidation. Be wary of companies that do not use powder coat paint!

  • Question:

Does Patio Guys do the work or is contracted out?

    Answer:

Patio Guys completes all work at our factory. Sandblasting, welding, painting, vinyl strapping, etc., are all done by factory-trained Patio Guys technicians, insuring high quality workmanship.

  • Question:

Does refinishing come with a warranty?

    Answer:

Yes, Patio Guys offers a 5 year warranty on all residental service.
